Self-Healing Through Shadow Work

Most people turn to sacred medicines to help alleviate pain and suffering. The reality of this is that the purpose of sacred medicines is to unearth the hidden, exposing pain. The shedding process requires a deep commitment to cultivating new pathways of greater self-awareness, happiness, and peace measured by the willingness to feel everything and let things go. Not enough credit is given to the truth of this. A person is set up for spiritual bypass and backlash by not knowing the grounded and practical side of healing needed after any ceremonial work. This can show up as thinking, "it's my fault" if the suffering and pain prevail. Plants do not erase trauma ut only shed light on those dark crevices of the soul's journey. When we can face the aftermath of the arduous task of feeling our way through the darkness, self-healing occurs.

Indhi is readily available to help people feel, alchemize, and integrate, which takes time. Shadow work is not meant to be navigated solo. Healing from trauma and mental injury is a challenging task.
