Neuro Linguistic Programming

Neuro-Linguistic Programming uses the ABC model from cognitive behavior analysis as a meta-strategy. NLP mythology maps human behavior, that is mostly used for overcoming psychological problems (neuro), communications (linguistic), and for finding smart strategies for a better life (programming).

Simply put, it is a range of ideas, principles, methodologies, practices, concepts, teachings used to connect new neurological pathways inside of our minds. To get new ah-ha moments and ultimately learn to utilize these ideas and put them into practice. With NLP, clients learn more about themselves, learn more about how to be effective, and learn more about moving forward and making greater degrees of progress in life.
